Chapter 1 General Rules
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to define 11914 (site name) as a company and to define users (general customers, reservants) who use Internet services provided by the company as users or members, and to prescribe duties, responsibilities, and compliance when using the service.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
1. The contents of these terms and conditions shall be posted on the service screen or disclosed by other means, and the member who agrees shall use the service.
2. The company shall post the contents of these terms and conditions, the company name, name of the representative, business registration number, contact information (phone, e-mail address, etc.) on the initial screen of the service.
3. These terms and conditions may be amended within the scope of Korean statutes if the company deems them necessary. If the company revises the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen 7 days before the date of application.
4. Members or users who do not agree to the changed terms and conditions may at any time express their disagreement. If a member who has already signed a contract does not terminate the contract after the notice of the revised terms and conditions on the company's website, it is believed that the changed terms and conditions have been approved.
5. The company may establish separate terms and conditions for individual services, regulations, and detailed instructions for use. If the details conflict with these terms and conditions, the individual service terms shall take precedence.
Article 3 (Excluding Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant statutes or correlations, such as the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, etc.
Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
The definition of terms used in this Agreement shall be defined as follows. 1. Service: Service provided by the company to users or members through PCs, portable terminals, etc.
2. User and member: A person who has applied for and reserved the service.
3. Site: Web-based wired and wireless homepage that provides services
4. Operator: A person selected by the company for the overall management and smooth operation of the service;
5. Termination: the cancellation of the service contract by the company or its members after the reservation of the service;
6. Posting: General name of information such as videos, writings, photographs, paintings, various files, links, and replies posted by members;
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement and Member Management;
Article 5 (establishment of a service contract) 1. A service contract shall be established by the company's consent to the use of a member.
2. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph (1), when a member applies for use, the company must enter the matters necessary for managing the member.Article 6 (Application for Use and Signing) 1. A person (individual or organization) who intends to use the service shall apply online or by telephone in accordance with the form designated by the company. 2. In principle, the service is not available if the applicant is under 19 years of age (including a civil incompetent).
3. The company may restrict the acceptance of any of the following applications, and may suspend the acceptance until this reason is resolved or terminate the contract after the approval is granted:
- In case of technical impossibility of service provision or insufficient capacity of service-related facilities;
- In the case of falsely applying for a user registration, such as the use of another person's name or real name;
- In the case of missing or coming to an application for user registration;
- Those under 19 years of age
- Where an application is made for the purpose of hindering or hindering the well-being, order, or good customs of society;
- Where the purpose of using the service or the act of using the service violates the statutes or violates the rights of a third party;
- Where improper methods such as using malware and bugs or exploiting system vulnerabilities are used for the service;
- Where other requirements for application for use determined by the company are not satisfied;
4. In accordance with the application under paragraph (1), the company may request real name verification and self-certification through a specialized institution.
Article 7 (Change of Member Information)
1. The company does not accept additional membership, and the information entered when applying for use cannot be modified for service management.
2. "Members" shall immediately notify the change in a separate form and method determined by the "Company" if the change is made when applying for use.
3. The company shall not be responsible for any damages caused by not informing the member of the change.
Chapter 3 General Matters concerning the use of services;
Article 8 (Start of Service)
1. The company starts the service when the member approves the application for use. However, for some services, the service starts on the specified date.
2. If the service cannot be started due to the company's business or technical difficulties, it shall be disclosed on the website or notified to the members.
3. The Company may request a separate or additional subscription process from the Member to provide specific services, and the Terms and Conditions, Regulations, or Rules of Use of such Site or Services shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
4. The company may classify the members according to the company's policy and use them differently.
Article 9 (Change of Contracts)
If the user intends to change the following matters, he/she may contact the company by wire. 1. Name and contact number 2. E-mail address 3. Other minor matters recognized by the company;
Article 10 (Notification to Members)
1. If the company notifies the members of the membership, they can use the e-mail address submitted to the company.
2. In the case of notification of unspecified number of members, the company may substitute individual notification by posting it on the bulletin board.
Article 11 (Service Hours)
In principle, the service hours shall be 11 hours per day (09:00-20:00), 24/7, unless there is a special disruption to the company's business and technology. However, the date or time determined by the company may vary, such as regular inspections.
Article 12 (Reservation number, etc.)
1. All management responsibilities for reservation numbers are with the members.
2. The members shall not share, transfer or change the reservation number except for obvious reasons.
3. The member shall be responsible for any negligence in the use of the service caused by the reservation number granted to the member or for the illegal use by a third party.
Article 13 (Restriction of service use and termination of service contract)
1. When a member intends to terminate the service contract, he/she shall apply for the cancellation to the company online or wired.
2. In any of the following cases, the company may terminate the service contract without prior notice or suspend the provision of the service within a fixed period of one month:
£ Where other people's personal information and reservation number are used;
£ In the case of unauthorized copying of the service contents without prior consent from the company;
£ In case of intentional interference with the operation of the service;
£ In the case of intentional dissemination of contents that are hindered by public order and fine customs;
£ In the event of an act that damages the reputation of others or penalizes them;
£ Where other companies determine that they are inappropriate as users;
Article 14 (Restriction on the deletion of member posts and the use of services)
1. If the company deems the posted contents inappropriate, it may delete the contents posted or registered by the member as necessary.
2. The company may partially restrict the members' use of the service if the capacity of the service equipment is deemed insufficient.
3. In the case of paragraph (2), the company will announce the matter online in advance.
4. The company may delete the contents of the service posted or registered by the member without prior notice if it is deemed to fall under any of the following subparagraphs:
£ In the case of slander or slander against another user or a third party;
£ In case of disseminating information, sentences, shapes, etc. that violate public order and customs;
£ Where it is deemed to be related to anti-national, anti-social, and criminal acts;
£ In case of infringement of copyrights, etc. of other users or third parties;
£ If the posting period exceeds the prescribed period.
£ Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant statutes;
ARTICLE 15 (STOP AND RESTRICTIONS
1. The company may stop providing services in any of the following cases:
£ In case of unavoidable circumstances due to repair or construction of service facilities;
£ When the telecommunications service provider suspends the telecommunications service during the period stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act;
£ In case of inevitability due to natural disasters
2. The company may suspend or restrict the provision of services if the service is disrupted due to a national emergency, a service facility failure, or a surge in service use.
Chapter 4 Obligations of the Company and its Members
Article 16 (Privacy)
1. The company collects the minimum information needed to collect information from its members.
2. When collecting personal information of a member, he/she shall obtain consent from the member except in the following cases:
£ Where there is a special provision in the law
£ If necessary for the implementation of electronic transaction contracts
£ If necessary for the settlement of charges according to the provision of digital contents, etc.
3. The company shall be responsible for the damage caused by the use of personal information other than the purpose of personal information and the provision to a third party without the consent of the member.
Exceptions are made for the following cases:
- When it is for the purpose of statistics preparation, promotional materials, academic research, etc. that cannot identify a specific individual;
4. Members may always request to view, correct or delete their information, and the company must delete it as soon as they receive the request.
5. The number of personal information managers shall be minimized, and the person in charge shall be responsible for the loss, theft, leakage, modulation, etc. of personal information.
6. When the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information is achieved, the personal information shall be discarded without delay.
Article 17 (Payment Information Protection)
The company does its best to protect individual payment information so that members can use the Internet service with confidence.
- We strive to have the best security system to protect personal credit information.
Article 18 (Company's obligations)
1. The company shall maintain the service facilities installed in the company in accordance with the continuous and stable service provision, and repair or repair the service facilities if they fail or fail to use them.
2. The company shall not divulge or distribute personal information of users who are aware of the provision of services to third parties without their consent.
3. Notwithstanding paragraph (2), this shall not apply where there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of the relevant statutes or a warrant issued by a judge for investigative purposes.
4. If there are any changes or additions to the service contents, the company notifies the service screen online.
Chapter 5 No objection or claim for damages;
Article 19 (No objection allowed)
The member shall not file any objection or complaint against any problems caused by using the service provided by the company.
Article 20 (No claims for damages)
A member shall not file a claim for damages with the company or the relevant institution for any problems arising from the use of services provided by the company, and the company shall not be liable for such damage.
