Basic Access Guide

• Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Please observe the reservation standard when using the room. (Unlike the number of people booked, you may not be able to enter.)

• Breakfast room service: Breakfast is served between 9:30 a.m. and 9:40 am. In special cases such as allergies, please leave a note when you make a room reservation or tell me in advance when you check-in.

Facilities / Service Information

• Basic facilities

  • TV, bed, bedding, towels, amenity, refrigerator, induction, microwave, capsule coffee machine, electric rice cooker, kitchen appliance, indoor fireplace, air conditioner, outdoor spa, outdoor table, barbecue grill, electric port, hairdryer

  • Cooking facilities and tools are available in the kitchens of each room, including the grill, glass patio outdoor heater, and wireless Internet.

  • Cooking of meat and seafood is restricted in the room for a pleasant environment. (Do not use butane gas)

  • Barbecue Set Guide (including charcoal & grill)

    • £ Korean Beef Sirloin Barbecue Set (2 persons: 120,000 won) : 1+Grade 500g of Korean Beef Sirloin, Gangwon-do, shrimp, handmade sausage, instant rice, seaweed soup, kimchi, ramen, ssam vegetables, and assorted grilled vegetables.

    • £ Pork neck barbecue set (2 persons: 70,000 won) : 500g of pork neck, shrimp, handmade sausage, instant rice, seaweed soup, kimchi, ramen, ssam vegetables, and other spices.

  • Charcoal & Grill for 2 persons: 20,000 won (10,000 won for 1 additional person)

  • 11914's barbecue grill uses only charcoal.

  • Charcoal availability time: Enter the room~Request at least 30 minutes before 19:30

  • Using the glass patio outdoor heater at the barbecue area

    • • Do not turn on the barbeque except for the time you use it, and please turn it off after using it.

    • • For fire prevention, use is prohibited after 9 p.m.

• You can't use bath bombs, candles, or petals when you use the spa. (The user is responsible for compensation in the event of a problem due to a spa failure.)

• The responsibility for damage, damage, or loss of facilities will be imposed on the customer, so be careful to use the facilities.

• Gowns, towels, furniture, and bedding are available. Please contact your administrator for more information.

Precautions for In and Out of the Room

• Minors are not allowed to make reservations without a guardian.

• The use of candles and firecrackers at risk of fire, butane gas and brazier are prohibited.

• In the case below, you can't enter the room, and it will be the same as the cancellation of the reservation.

• Admission with pets / admission with more than an additional number of persons other than the number of persons booked / Minors without guardians shall not be admitted;

• You must check out when you check out, and please be careful not to lose your room key.(If lost, production cost 20,000 won will be borne by the user)

• Even if you leave early, you cannot transfer your room to others.

Precautions for use

• All rooms are designated as non-smoking areas. (Forced discharge and non-refundable when smoking)

• In addition to taking pictures for personal use, please contact us in advance when you take commercial photos.

• The user is responsible for the loss, damage, or personal negligence of the vehicle and valuables.

Reservations for 119 14 use can be made on the Internet and over the phone.

• For accommodation and use inquiries, you can use the phone or the website Q&A.

  • Available time: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• You have to deposit the fee within 4 hours after applying for the reservation. However, the deposit must be completed within 2 hours for the reservation on the day and the day before the stay.

• (The deposit wait time is automatically set, so the reservation will be canceled automatically after time passes.)

• The reservation will be completed only when the deposit is completed, and we will send a text message to the mobile phone number you entered when you made the reservation.

• You must make a deposit under the name of the person who reserved the reservation. Please call me to confirm when you make a deposit under someone else's name.

• If there are additional people regardless of accommodation, there will be an additional charge for admission. Please understand this.

• You have to make a reservation again after canceling the reservation.

• Please let us know when you will be able to enter the room when you make a reservation so that you can use the spa comfortably.

Room prices

Cancellation / refund information

You can cancel the reservation before deposit at [Reserve Now] > [Confirm/Cancel] and if you don't deposit within the waiting time after applying for the reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

• If you cancel your reservation after deposit, follow the refund policy below. Please contact the inquiry office for a refund.

• The refund will be processed under the name of the depositor, and the remittance fee will be excluded when the deposit is made.

• The cancellation fee is based on the payment amount, not the reservation fee.

• If you change the reservation date and room, you will have to cancel the reservation and make a reservation again. Please make a reservation carefully because the cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.

• Even if you make a reservation on the same day and cancel on the same day, according to the refund policy below.

• The night before 00:00 (midnight) is one day before your stay, and it is calculated one day per 24 hours.

• Please check the refund criteria below in advance and carefully cancel or change your reservation. (Additional services will be refunded 100% regardless of the period.)
